Breastfeeding and Introduction to Solid Foods

​Infant feeding has changed through the years with new research and the advance of many new baby products. Come learn the latest in helping baby move from breast or formula feeding to receiving his first solid foods. This class is filled with tips using both prepared and home-cooked baby foods. Learn how to give baby the best while making first foods fun and have all of your questions answered
