Christmas Stockings Filled With Bundles Of Joy

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – For more than 36 years, Presbyterian Hospital has gifted Christmas stockings to families with babies born on December 24 and 25. This is the third year that Presbyterian’s Volunteer Services team members have handmade the stockings for our Christmas newborns. New this year, the babies will also receive matching hats.

This year, six volunteers helped make 40 stockings and 40 hats. The event is sure to spread plenty of smiles and holiday cheer to families welcoming their new additions during the holidays.

WHO: Volunteers and nursing staff will place newborn babies in handmade Christmas stockings in this annual Presbyterian holiday tradition.
