WHAT: Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation's 30th annual Daffodil Days

WHO: More than 150 community volunteers and members of the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation will prepare and package 160,000 daffodils over the next two days.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 18 at 10:30 a.m.

DETAILS: Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation will hold its 30th annual Daffodil Days, presented by Bank of Albuquerque, on March 21-22. More than 500 community volunteers will sell 160,000 daffodils throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Proceeds benefit the Presbyterian Home Healthcare and Hospice Program, which provides ongoing support to patients in need of basic necessities such as food, medication, funeral expenses and utility payment. Last year, the event raised $161,000.

A bunch of ten daffodils sells for $6, and daffodil arrangements – 10 daffodils, baby’s breath, greens, ribbon and vase – are sold for $15.
