ALBUQUERQUE, NM –Presbyterian Healthcare Services recently received Hospitals & Health Networks’ 2014 Most Wired award. The award recognized 375 organizations nationwide that have created the technical infrastructure necessary to support robust clinical information systems. Presbyterian was one of two organizations recognized in New Mexico.
The Most Wired list is based on the Most Wired Survey, which sets specific requirements in four areas: infrastructure; business and administrative management; clinical quality and safety; and clinical integration. Organizations must meet all requirements in each area to make the Most Wired list.
“We are extremely proud to make Hospitals & Health Networks’ 2014 Most Wired list,” said Lee Marley, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Presbyterian Healthcare Services. “The Most Wired award reflects Presbyterian’s commitment to excellence in Information Technology. Creating a robust technical infrastructure helps us further our mission to provide safe, quality care to our patients.”
