August 28, 2021 Featured Press Release

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – As local and national talent markets become more competitive, Presbyterian is taking proactive steps to prevent turnover, strengthen recruitment and thank staff for their dedication throughout the pandemic.

Starting in October, the minimum wage for all new and current Presbyterian employees will be $15/hour.

“As an anchor employer in New Mexico, Presbyterian is doing our part to support our workforce and the local economy,” said Dale Maxwell, President and CEO of Presbyterian Healthcare Services. “We believe this is the right thing to do.”
