Salad: Baby Lettuce and Kale topped with Matchstick Carrot, Cotija Cheese, Pickled Pineapple, Mango and toasted Pepitas served with Acai Balsamic Vinaigrette and Caipirinha Vinaigrette.
Main Course: Churrasco Fillet with Grilled Pineapple, Chimichurri Sauce served with Coconut Risotto and roasted Baby Squash.
Dessert: Passion Fruit Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache, Mango Puree and Coconut Whip Topping.
Mini Coconut Cake topped with Crème de Papaya, Guava Whip Topping and grilled Tropical Fruit.
Vegan/Vegetarian option – Soyrizo stuffed Heirloom Tomato with Chimichurri served with Coconut Risotto and roasted Baby Squash.
