We are pleased to confirm receipt of your application for healthcare insurance coverage with Presbyterian Health Plan, Inc. You can expect to receive a premium invoice by mail after the 13th of each month. You will need to make your first payment by the last day of the month prior to your effective date or coverage will not be effective.
Once you receive your invoice, please use one of these convenient options to make your payment:
- Pay by check - Send in your check with the payment portion of the invoice.
- Pay by debit card or credit card - Call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center at the number below to use our automated phone service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may also set up reoccurring payments from your checking account or credit card by calling customer service at the number below.
