Medicaid members will need to renew to keep benefits

March 27, 2023FeaturedPress Release

In partnership with the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD), Presbyterian Health Plan wants to remind Centennial Care (Medicaid) members that they will need to renew their benefits.

Medicaid recipients will receive a turquoise envelope from HSD when it’s time to renew Medicaid benefits. If members signed up for HSD electronic notices, they will receive email or text updates.

When notified, Medicaid members should log in at yes.state.nm.us and click the Renew My Benefits button to complete the renewal application. If HSD requests more information, please provide it right away. Renewal applications must be completed to keep benefits.

If current Medicaid recipients are notified that they are no longer eligible for Medicaid, low- or no-cost coverage is available through beWellnm. Learn more at beWellnm.com or by calling 1-833-862-3935.
