The Presbyterian Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) is a centralized service that performs various functions such as primary source verification, ongoing monitoring of government web sites, maintenance of expired documents, monthly reporting to CVO clients, and standardization of processes, forms, and our credentialing database. The CVO staff prides itself on customer satisfaction, team work, and our alignment with the Presbyterian's CARES behavior model.
Provider Application Process
Through our on-line application process (AppCentral), a provider may request and apply for privileges and/or membership at one or multiple Presbyterian Healthcare Services' hospitals and/or clinics. In addition, providers currently on staff will have the opportunity to complete and submit their reappointment application through our on-line application process (AppCentral). The CVO team will perform the primary source verification on behalf of the hospitals and/or clinics. Once the primary source verification is complete, the completed application is sent to the appropriate medical staff office where the privileging/approval process will begin. You may click the medical staff affairs contact link under Quick Links to contact the appropriate office.
