Universal Practitioner and Provider Manual is a guide to our programs and policies covering all lines of business and is an extension of provider contracts with Presbyterian.

Centennial Care Practitioner and Provider Manual provides comprehensive information about Presbyterian's Centennial Care program and is an extension of your contract with Presbyterian.

Provider Network Relations Contact Guide. Our Relationship Executives are actively reaching out to the network to discuss their role as provider advocates; provide support and education about Presbyterian resources, initiatives and policies; and assist with contracting, reimbursement, claims, and billing issues.

SilverSneakers Fitness Program for Presbyterian Medicare Plans. The SilverSneakers Fitness Program provides your eligible Presbyterian members with an opportunity to maintain their functional and mental health through physical activity programs. The program includes a free basic membership to a network of fitness centers with access to all amenities and the signature SilverSneakers group exercise class.
