Get and Stay Healthy

Medical Plans – Presbyterian Health Plan

Copay Plus and Copay Standard

Consists of copayments for most services, deductible and coinsurance; in-network only plans.

High Deductible Plus and High Deductible Standard

Provides in- and out-of-network coverage and qualifies you for a Health Savings Account which includes an employer contribution.

Dental Plans – Delta Dental

Plus

Covers preventive, restorative, basic, major and orthodontic services. Has a calendar year deductible and an annual maximum benefit.

Standard

Covers preventive services and dental fillings only. This plan does not have a deductible or plan minimum.

Vision Plan – EyeMed

Covers eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and a laser vision correction discount.

Plan for the Future

Retirement – 401k, 403b and 457b

We offer a Shared Security Savings Plan where you can contribute pre-tax or after-tax dollars toward your retirement – directly from your paycheck. In addition, Presbyterian will make matching and graded contributions. 457b plans are for physicians only.

Voluntary Benefits

Our voluntary benefits are insured and administered through Aflac® and can help you offset out-of-pocket medical expenses. They are designed to protect your finances and secure a comfortable future by paying benefits directly to you or to your beneficiaries. Presbyterian offers three kinds of voluntary benefits:

  • Accident Insurance

Life Insurance

Our life insurance options provide a benefit in the event of your death or the death of your covered dependents or spouse. Presbyterian covers basic coverage of 1x your annual earnings and business travel insurance of up to $250,000. Other options include supplemental and accidental death or dismemberment (AD&D) for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependent policies for children. 

Extra Perks

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation Time

Paid time off at Presbyterian is tiered for years of service work with us. It starts at a maximum of 200 accrued hours per year through your first five years, grows to 240 accrued hours from five to 10 years, and caps at a maximum of 280 accrued hours per year after 10 years of working here. Time off benefits are structured differently for physicians. Please contact a recruiter for more information.

Domestic Partner Benefits

We are proud to provide benefits to employee's domestic partners. A domestic partnership is defined as two unmarried individuals in a household relationship for a minimum of 12 months with mutual commitment of responsibilities.

Continuing Medical Education

Presbyterian encourages your continued professional and educational growth. Each physician and advance practice clinician who is 0.45 FTE or greater has an allowance to spend on other licenses, dues and continuing medical education.

Educational Assistance

Educational assistance is available for certain critical shortage positions. The annual reimbursement for each approved participant will be set at a flat amount for allowable tuition expenses based on program criteria.​​
