Changes to Presbyterian Medicare Advantage Plans
Effective December 31, 2026, Presbyterian Medicare Advantage Senior Care Plans (HMO/HMO-POS) will end. You will need to choose a new plan before January 1, 2027, that fits your healthcare needs.
If you do not choose a plan before then, you will automatically be enrolled into Original Medicare (Parts A & B) on January 1, 2027. Original Medicare does not include Part D drug coverage.
IMPORTANT
Your current Presbyterian Medicare Advantage coverage will remain in place through December 31, 2026. You can continue to see in-network providers and access your medications as you do today. You cannot make any changes to your plan until October 15, 2026.
