Our Operations teams at Presbyterian focus on ways to improve processes and procedures surrounding both health plan and clinical operations.

For these positions, a high-level of understanding of business systems and industry requirements is necessary to properly conduct analysis and help determine the best path for solving business problems and to identify new opportunities. Job duties may include process improvements, automation, system enhancements, software procurement and user training.
