Virtual Dermatology
Virtual Dermatology makes it convenient to get care for new and chronic conditions of the skin, hair, and nails from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can discuss your symptoms with a dermatology provider over video and receive a treatment plan. If a biopsy or removal is recommended, you will be scheduled with a Presbyterian Medical Group specialist.

How it Works
Sign In: Log into your MyChart account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.
Schedule Your Appointment: Select the day and time that work best for you.

Check Your Email: After scheduling, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions. You will also receive reminders prior to your appointment.
Complete eCheck-In (Required): Log into MyChart & complete eCheck-in before your appointment.
Join the Video Visit: 5-10 minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart, select your video appointment, and click the “Join video visit” button.

Accepted Insurances and Cost
*Presbyterian Virtual Dermatology accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
