Virtual Urgent Care makes it convenient to get care for minor illnesses or injuries from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can discuss your symptoms with a provider over video and receive a treatment plan.

How it works
Sign In: Log into your MyChart account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.
Schedule Your Appointment: Select the day and time that work best for you.

Check Your Email: After scheduling, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions. You will also receive reminders prior to your appointment.
Complete eCheck-In (Required): Log into MyChart & complete eCheck-in before your appointment.
Join the Video Visit: 5-10 minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart, select your video appointment, and click the “Join video visit” button.

Wait in the Virtual Waiting Room – The provider will be with you shortly.

*Presbyterian Virtual Urgent Care accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
