      Provider Applications and Requests

The Medical Staff Affairs (MSA) offices rely on Presbyterian’s Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) to process new provider applications and reappointment applications. Those applications are then submitted to the appropriate MSA office for review and processing through the Medical Staff approval process. Information can be found on the CVO web site regarding the application process.
