The Gold 1, Gold 5, Silver 5, Silver 6, and Silver 7 HMO small group plans feature the new Engage Network of preferred providers. These plans leverage the integrated relationship between our health plan and delivery system to deliver a high-quality healthcare experience for less cost.

Engage Plan Overview

  • With the Engage plan, you have access to a dedicated Concierge Customer Service team. Contact us at (505) 923-7521 or 1-855-923-7521 (TTY 711) 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday (except holidays). We can help you:
    • Find providers in your network
    • Schedule appointments
    • Answer benefit questions about Engage plans
    • Make this an easy and comfortable transition
  • Engage products utilize a unique network of providers for your in-network care. This means that a provider that was participating in your previous Presbyterian plan may not be participating in the new Engage plan. We encourage you to review the Engage provider directory for a list of in-network providers.

  • If you do not already have a primary care provider (PCP) that is participating in the Engage network, we will match you to one within Presbyterian Medical Group. You can find your PCP match by accessing the MyChart online portal, or you may contact the Engage Concierge Customer Service team at the numbers below. If you prefer another provider, we will match you to another provider that is able to take new patients. You may also call our PCP assignment line, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at (505) 923 2011 or 1-844-773-7362.

This online questionnaire takes about 10 minutes for most conditions with a treatment plan ready in an hour or less. The service is available 24/7 with Presbyterian Medical Group providers responding between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekends.
