About

Community Health Initiatives

We are committed to improving access to healthcare, behavioral health, healthy food, opportunities for exercise, and provide resources based on various social determinants of health. We do this by conducting community health assessments so we can identify the priority health issues facing each of our communities.Presbyterian Rust Medical Center worked with the Sandoval County Health Council, Health Collaborative, and many other community partners to complete a community health assessment and identify community health needs.
