Are you a new patient?


If you are a new patient living in Albuquerque, Belen, Los Lunas, Rio Rancho or Santa Fe and you need to make a primary care appointment, please call 1-844-PRES DOC (773-7362), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you are a new patient living in the Española, Socorro, Ruidoso, Clovis or Tucumcari areas, please call the provider’s office directly to schedule an appointment.

As a Presbyterian Medical Group patient, you have secure online access to your Presbyterian electronic health records when you activate your MyChart account through myPRES.

Using MyChart, you can send and receive messages with your care team, access your health summary, view test results, request prescription renewals, schedule or request an appointment, pay your doctor or hospital bills, and more.

SAME-DAY, SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS FOR URGENT CARE

When your primary care provider is unable to see you, you can get the care you need at urgent care clinics. Urgent care clinics provide help with minor illnesses and injuries such as coughs, flu, ear or sinus infections, fevers, rashes, small cuts, minor broken bones, and joint sprains.
