What to Expect at Our Urgent Care as a Walk‑In

We want to make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible at any of our locations.

Here’s how our urgent care process works:

Walk into the clinic

• No appointment needed!

• Check in anytime up to 10 minutes before closing.

• Your wait time will depend on how many people are in process.

You may be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This helps us:

• Understand what symptoms you’re experiencing.

• Identify how urgent your needs may be.

• Suggest the best type of care for you.

We offer a few options for care:

Meet with a provider in person in the clinic:

• Once you’re registered, you will be added to the queue.

• We will give you an estimated wait time to be seen.

• If the current wait time doesn’t fit your schedule, we can help you with in-clinic virtual care.

Meet with a provider through video while in the clinic:

• If you prefer not to wait, you can meet with a provider through video while on-site.

• In a dedicated room, you will meet with one of our providers via video.

• If your provider recommends an exam or test, such as a throat culture or urine test, a team member will come in to help guide you.

We are determined to help you get the urgent care you need.

Our process is designed to help reduce waiting times, keep you comfortable, and make sure you get the right level of care as quickly as possible.
