To assist members, we use the most current lists of in-network providers and facilities in our online provider directories. Your health plan materials are the best source to help you know your covered services and providers.

GETTING CARE WHEN OUTSIDE OF NEW MEXICO

All plans cover urgent care and emergency care services wherever you are, whether you are in or outside of New Mexico.

However, your plan may or may not include coverage for non-emergency care outside of New Mexico. Please call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center using the number on the back of your ID card. You can also review your plan materials to learn more about your plan's out-of-state coverage.

Whether you have out-of-state coverage or are paying out-of-pocket, you can access care through our national network of healthcare providers. Use the directories below to search for care in your area. These directories are publicly accessible and do not require a log-in.

Important Information About Costs and Coverage

  • Your copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles will apply based on your health plan’s benefits.

  • If your plan has different cost-sharing rates for services outside of your primary service area, those rates will apply.

  • Some services may require prior authorization before they are covered. You are responsible for confirming authorization requirements. Failure to obtain authorization may result in reduced or denied coverage.
