Take action during annual enrollment
As a patient with Presbyterian Medical Group, we want to make you aware of a change that may impact you.
Starting January 1, 2027, Presbyterian Health Plan will no longer offer Presbyterian Medicare Advantage Senior Care (HMO / HMO-POS) plans. If you are a patient enrolled in one of these plans, you will need to choose a new plan for 2027. You will continue to have coverage, benefits and access to primary and specialty care through December 31, 2026 under your current plan.
Can I keep my Presbyterian Medical Group providers when I choose another plan?
We understand that choosing a new plan can be confusing. Not all plans provide the same access to Presbyterian primary care doctors, hospitals and specialty care services.
