The Data and Analytics team supports and promotes data-driven decision making to improve the engagement and health of members, patients and communities.

Driven by leadership and in close collaboration with business functions and IT, the team drives comprehensive, sustainable, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. The team manages and governs data so that it is an enterprise asset leveraged with maximum efficiency; delivers self-service solutions for real-time decision making; and supports higher level clinical, financial, and operational reporting and analytics.
