Presbyterian Services and Centers

Behavioral Health

The behavioral health specialty provides a full continuum of psychiatric and substance abuse services for adult, child, and geriatric patients. Individual and/or group therapy and medication management services can be accessed in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient psychiatric clinics, and primary and specialty care clinics.

Colon and Rectal Surgery

Colon and rectal surgery, often called colorectal surgery, is a specialty providing care for problems related to the lower intestinal tract, including the colon and rectum. Surgeons who practice this specialty have general surgery training with a specific focus on treating disorders and diseases of the lower intestinal tract. They can care for problems such as colon or rectal polyps, hemorrhoids, and inflammatory bowel disease.

Endocrinology

The endocrinology specialty is concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases that affect the endocrine organs. The primary function of these organs is to secrete hormones. The ranges of conditions covered in this specialty include treatment for hormone imbalances, thyroid and pituitary diseases, metabolic disorders, diabetes, cholesterol problems, disorders of growth, and more.

General Surgery

General surgery is a specialty dedicated to providing expert treatment through surgical procedures.

Healthcare at Home

Presbyterian Healthcare at Home includes all of our care services for patients who either need or are more comfortable receiving care at their home. These services include hospice care, palliative care, respite care, as well as our Hospital at Home services.

Oncology/Hematology

The oncology/hematology specialty features physicians concerned with the study, diagnoses, and treatment of cancer (oncology) and blood disorders (hematology). Oncology/hematology includes such diseases as iron deficiency anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell disease, leukemia, lymphomas, cancer, and more.

Orthopedics

Orthopedics is a specialty dedicated to injuries and diseases related to the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles. Sports injuries, joint replacements, degenerative diseases, congenital disorders, tumors, and infections are also included in this specialty.

Pain & Spine

Pain and spine is a specialty concerned with acute pain syndromes, including neuropathic and musculoskeletal pain of the neck and spine.

Podiatry

Podiatry is a specialty concerned with the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the foot and ankle. Surgical and non-surgical means are used to treat a variety of conditions including plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, ankle instability, and trauma to the foot and ankle.

Radiology

Radiological services include diagnostic radiology, ultrasound imaging, vascular ultrasound imaging, PET/CT Scan, digital mammography, computerized tomography (CAT Scan), bone density testing, nuclear medicine, echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Radiation Oncology

Radiation oncology is a specialty devoted to the treatment of cancer using radiation to kill cancer cells, shrink tumors, and provide relief of certain cancer-related symptoms. Radiation oncologists prescribe and deliver radiation therapy treatments, work with members of the radiation therapy team to develop treatment plans, and ensure each treatment is given safely and accurately.

Rheumatology

The rheumatology specialty is concerned with the diagnosis and therapy of rheumatic diseases, autoimmune diseases, joint disorders, and problems involving connective tissues. These areas include rheumatoid arthritis, gout, vasculitis, lupus erythematosus, and other autoimmune diseases.

Sleep Medicine

Sleep medicine offers a full range of medical services to identify and treat disorders that prevent healthy, regular sleep. Our specially trained professionals offer consultations and sleep studies in comfortable, home-like environments.
