Patients must be screened before receiving a COVID-19 test.  All COVID-19 testing is free to all who are screened and need testing. There are no copays or prior authorizations needed.

Patients can get screened for COVID-19 by calling the state Coronavirus Hotline at 1-855-600-3453 or completing a free online screening. Once screened, patients can visit a testing site.
