Individual Provider

An individual provider is a single person who practices medicine or one of the allied healthcare professions. This means you are not working as part of a provider group.

Who can make updates?

Groups and facilities will need to identify staff members as authorized delegates to make changes on behalf of the office. Offices must submit a request for access.

Where do I make updates?

All updates are made by logging into myPRES. Providers and provider offices must have a current myPRES account to begin. When registering for an account, your account type must match what type of provider you are.
