If your educational institution does not have an affiliation agreement in place with Presbyterian, we would be happy to start the process with your school’s clinical advisor. Keep in mind that processing new Affiliation Agreements is a legal contracting process and can take up to 90 days to complete.
Finding a Preceptor
Please contact your school’s clinical coordination staff to assist you in finding a preceptor within Presbyterian. The Presbyterian medical education department does not coordinate preceptor/student placement.
Once you find a preceptor, please download and complete the Preceptor/ Learner Agreement form. A new agreement form is required for each rotation. You can upload a PDF file of your completed form in your application submission.
