Hospital at Home in Central New Mexico

Hospital at Home provides inpatient hospital-level care within the comfort of the patient’s home. Services may include visits from medical providers, nurses and home health aides, as well as diagnostic testing and supplies. The Hospital at Home in Central New Mexico service area includes Bernalillo, Sandoval and parts of Valencia county. Patients must live within 25 miles of a Presbyterian hospital or emergency room within this area and meet clinical admission criteria to qualify for Hospital at Home Services.
