Online Visits
Online Visits is a convenient telehealth care option that treats many common conditions and minor illnesses using an online medical interview form. Through our online system, Presbyterian Medical Group providers diagnose and provide care instructions via email. If a prescription is necessary, it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Online Visits is not to be used for emergency needs. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency department nearest you.

How does Online Visits work?
You will answer multiple choice questions using an online medical interview form about how you (or your child) are feeling and your symptoms.
A Presbyterian Medical Group provider will review your answers and provide a diagnosis.
Your diagnosis and care instructions will be emailed to you.
If a prescription is provided, you can pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice.
If your condition is determined to be more serious than can be treated through Online Visits, you will be contacted to have a video call with the provider, or you may be asked to schedule an in-office visit.
