Virtual Urgent Care makes it convenient to get care for minor illnesses or injuries from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can discuss your symptoms with a provider over video and receive a treatment plan, including prescriptions, when appropriate.

What should I expect with a Virtual Urgent Care appointment?
You will need to sign in to your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you will need to create one.
You will be directed to the Virtual Urgent Care scheduling pages. Follow the steps and you will be able to search and select appointment options and test your smart phone or other device.
You must complete eCheck-In before your appointment to enable the Join Video link
You will receive appointment reminders about your upcoming visit. A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart and find your appointment. Select the Join Video link. Joining the video places you in a virtual waiting room. Wait for the provider to enter.
Your After Visit Summary will be available in MyChart following your appointment.
