Convenient care from your phone or computer.

With Online Visits we can save you a trip to your provider’s office. Through our online system, Presbyterian Medical Group providers diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications. All you need to do is answer a few questions about your condition and then go to the pharmacy of your choice, if medication is prescribed. Online Visits is available seven days a week*.

Online Visits are offered at no-cost for Presbyterian Health Plan members. For patients enrolled with another insurance provider, standard benefits apply and you may be responsible for any applicable out-of-pocket costs. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.

The online medical interview does not require video or audio and takes approximately 10 minutes. For many conditions your treatment plan will be ready in about an hour*.

If your condition requires more information, the provider may add a telehealth video call to the visit. You will receive a text message to start the video call. Message and data rates may apply.

If your condition requires in-person treatment, our customer service center will call you and schedule an appointment, so you get care as soon as possible.

At this current time, Online Visits is available to anyone at least 4 years old. Register your child today by calling 505-923-7747.

The patient (and parent or legal guardian for a pediatric patient) will need to be physically in New Mexico at the time of using Online Visits.
