Presbyterian Health Plan (PHP) promotes breast health through early detection by having a mammogram recommended every 1-2 years for women 40 and over. PHP promotes mobile mammography events across the state, making it easier than ever to have your mammogram.
All major insurances accepted, no referral needed for annual mammogram screening. All results are sent to patient PCP and patient. Please bring picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. A woman is eligible for a digital mammogram screening if she:
is at least 40 years of age
has not had a previous mammogram in the past year
has no current breast problems or complaints
Medicaid members can earn 1,000 points – a $100 value – reward for getting a mammogram. Reward points can be used to buy items in the Turquoise Rewards online store.
