Description:

Presbyterian Health Plan (PHP) promotes breast health through early detection by having a mammogram recommended every 1-2 years for women 40 and over. PHP hosts mobile mammography events across the state, making it easier than ever to have your mammogram.

All major insurances accepted, no referral needed for annual mammogram screening. All results are sent to patient PCP and patient. Please bring picture ID and insurance card to your appointment. Any form of government-issued photo ID is acceptable, including Consular cards.

A woman is eligible for a digital mammogram screening if she:

  • is at least 40 years of age

  • has not had a previous mammogram in the past year

  • has no current breast problems or complaints
