Description:

Presbyterian Community Health hosts a FREE COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic for adults, teens, and children.No appointment, insurance, or ID required. Please bring your vaccine card with you.Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines will be available for ages 5 years and older. Moderna COVID-19 vaccines will be available for ages 6 months to 5 years old, and 18 and older.The Omicron booster is now available to anyone 12 years and older if it has been at least two months following their most recent vaccine (two doses of primary series or a booster).For flu, we provide vaccines to anyone 8 years or older.A parent or guardian must accompany vaccine recipients under the age of 18 and provide written consent at the event.
