Virtual Medication Management provides an initial consultation, diagnosis, and support in prescribing some medication for behavioral health and psychiatric conditions. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed via telehealth. Sessions are conducted privately and securely with a board-certified provider.

What should I expect with a Virtual Medication Management appointment?
You must be in New Mexico at the time of the appointment.
You will need to sign in to your Presbyterian MyChart account or create an account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you will need to create one.
You will be directed to the Virtual Behavioral Health scheduling pages. Follow the steps and you will be able to select appointment options and test your smart phone or other device.
You must complete eCheck-In prior to your appointment to enable the Join Video link.
You will receive appointment reminders about your upcoming visit. A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart and find your appointment. Select the Join Video link. Joining the video places you in a virtual waiting room. Wait for the provider to enter.
Your After Visit Summary will be available in MyChart following your appointment.
