Virtual Talk Therapy

Virtual Talk Therapy provides an individualized approach to address life problems and help you identify and receive personalized treatment. Sessions are conducted privately and securely with a board-certified provider.

What to Expect

• You must be in New Mexico at the time of the appointment.

• You will need to sign into your MyChart account. If you don’t have a MyChartaccount, you will need to create one.

• You will be directed to the Virtual Behavioral Health scheduling pages. Follow the steps and you will be able to select appointment options and test your smart phone or other device.

• You must complete eCheck-In prior to your appointment to enable the Join Video link.

• You will receive appointment reminders about your upcoming visit. A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart and find your appointment. Select the Join Video link. Joining the video places you into a virtual waiting room. Wait for the provider to enter.

• Your After Visit Summary will be available in MyChart following your appointment.

• Virtual Talk Therapy uses Presbyterian Medical Group care team members.

Presbyterian Virtual Talk Therapy accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
