Virtual Talk Therapy provides an individualized approach to address life problems and help you identify and receive personalized treatment from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can talk with a licensed therapist to receive counseling for a variety of challenges and transitions.

How it Works
Sign In: Log into your MyChart account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.
Select Your Appointment: Follow the steps to schedule an appointment.
Check Your Email: After scheduling, you will receive an email with confirmation and instructions. You will also receive reminders prior to your appointment.
Complete eCheck-In: Complete this before your appointment to access the video link.
Join the Video Call: A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart, find your appointment, and click the Join Video link. You will wait in a virtual waiting room until your provider joins. Note: If you have not completed eCheck-In you will not be able to join the video call.
Virtual Talk Therapy uses Presbyterian Medical Group care team members.
Accepted Insurances and Cost
*Presbyterian Virtual Talk Therapy accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
