Virtual Primary Care makes accessing care easy, so you are able to get care when you need it from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can establish and build a relationship with a virtual provider, just as you would in person.
Convenient, Virtual Care
Preventive and General Care: Stay on top of your long-term health.
Chronic Condition Management: Get help with ongoing health needs, such as diabetes and hypertension.
Medication Management: Review and manage your prescriptions.
Prescription Orders and Refills: Easily order and refill medications, including birth control.
Lab and Radiology Orders: Get the tests you need.
Referrals: If necessary, we can refer you to specialists or facilitate in-person primary care.
What Conditions are Treated?
Birth control
Acute illnesses, such as coughs, colds, flu and strep
Chronic conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and Crohn’s disease
Infections (ear, sinus, skin, urinary tract)
Men’s health needs, such as erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease.
Migraines and headaches
Stomach and digestive issues
Women’s health needs, such as birth control, menopause and osteoporosis

How it Works
Sign In: Log into your MyChart account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.
Select Your Appointment: Follow the steps to schedule an appointment.
Check Your Email: After scheduling, you will receive an email with confirmation and instructions. You will also receive reminders prior to your appointment.
Complete eCheck-In: Complete this before your appointment to access the video link.
Join the Video Call: A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart, find your appointment, and click the Join Video link. You will wait in a virtual waiting room until your provider joins. Note: If you have not completed eCheck-In you will not be able to join the video call.
Virtual Primary Care uses Presbyterian Medical Group care team members.
Accepted Insurances and Cost
Presbyterian Virtual Primary Care accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
