Presbyterian’s neurological rehabilitation program provides personalized therapy and support for patients with neurological conditions. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists work together to help improve mobility, independence, communication and overall quality of life.

After you've completed your forms, bring them to the front desk at the Healthplex to continue the application process.
