Family medicine providers in the Physician Office Building at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital offer a variety of health care choices for individuals and families. We provide preventive care, teach healthy lifestyle choices, identify and treat common medical conditions, and assess the urgency of medical problems. As a Presbyterian Medical Group (PMG) practice, our dedicated physicians and providers work to provide you and your family with the care you need.

​Patients visiting the ​family medicine clinic should go left (north) on Wyoming after exiting I-40. Turn left (west) on Constitution Ave and then turn left into the first entrance for Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital. Enter on the east side of the Physician Office Building and use Parking Lot C. The entrance for the family medicine clinic is located to the west of the parking lot in the Physician Office Building.

This location also provides anticoagulation services to monitor patients who need regular checks of their INR (international ratio). If you are a patient taking a medication such as warfarin (or Coumadin), ask your provider for a referral for anticoagulation services. Learn more about anticoagulation services
