GETTING CARE WHEN OUTSIDE OF NEW MEXICO
All Presbyterian health plans cover urgent and emergency care services anywhere in the United States.
However, not all plans have coverage for non-emergency care outside of New Mexico. Check your plan materials or call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center using the number on the back of your member ID card.
To find services outside of New Mexico, search for a provider through our national network of medical providers or behavioral health providers.

Important Information About Costs and Coverage
Your copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles will apply based on your health plan’s benefits.
If your plan has different cost-sharing rates for services outside of your primary service area, those rates will apply.
Some services may require prior authorization before they are covered. You are responsible for confirming authorization requirements. Failure to obtain authorization may result in reduced or denied coverage.
