Paperless e-Delivery Options

Paperless e-Delivery is a quick and convenient way to receive important health plan or medical documents in the myPRES portal or your email inbox. Members can choose which documents they want to receive online or via email, and they can change their preferences at any time.

myPRES e-Delivery Options

myPRES is for health plan benefit documents such as member ID cards, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Medicare Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) documents and more. How to sign up:

MyChart e-Delivery Options

MyChart is for medical documents for patients of Presbyterian Medical Group hospitals and/or clinics, including TriCore Laboratory. Patients can access their electronic health records, pay bills, message their care team and schedule certain appointments. How to sign up:

Click Access MyChart

Select Communication Preferences from the navigation menu.
