During this time of COVID-19, we have been presented with special challenges for our patients and our workforce. Whether you are seeing a provider in-person or through a telehealth appointment or are having surgery or a procedure at one of our facilities, you can prepare for your visit by reviewing and completing some documents and forms ahead of time. This will save you time and allow for limited-contact registration.
If you are receiving your care in-person, we have made it safer by:
Limiting visitors with few exceptions
Screening staff for COVID-19 symptoms
Testing and screening patients for COVID-19 prior to surgery and some selected outpatient procedures
Practicing social distancing in all clinics
Minimizing wait times in common areas
Requiring all patients and staff to wear masks
Cleaning with enhanced protocols
