The Presbyterian MD Anderson Radiation Treatment Center at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital houses state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, administered by MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. As of early 2013, it is the only local facility to have accreditation from the American Society for Radiation Oncology and the American College of Radiology. The radiation oncologists are faculty at MD Anderson Cancer Center, and their support staff receives their training from MD Anderson. All cases treated in Albuquerque are reviewed by MD Anderson Cancer Center physicians in Houston, Texas.

Radiation oncologists at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital specialize in the treatment of cancer using radiation to kill cancer cells, shrink tumors, and provide relief of certain cancer-related symptoms. We prescribe and deliver radiation therapy treatments, work with members of the radiation therapy team to develop treatment plans, and ensure each treatment is given safely and accurately.
