Paperless e-Delivery is a convenient way to receive email notifications as soon as important health plan or medical documents are available. Members can choose which documents they want to receive online or via email, and they can change their preferences at any time.
Members who sign up for Paperless e-Delivery receive important information faster. It also helps the environment by lowering paper consumption and reducing clutter. It is also much more secure than paper documents and helps our members stay up to date with important information.
Members can access Paperless e-Delivery options using their myPRES account. Please see how you can sign up below.

To sign up to receive Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and/or Medicare Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) documents via email:

MyChart e-Delivery Options
Patients of Presbyterian Healthcare Services have access to MyChart, a service to gain access to portions of their electronic health records and the ability to message their care team. To sign up to receive appointment notifications, health maintenance reminders, billing information, letters from providers and more:

Don’t have a myPRES account?
Presbyterian Health Plan members can sign up for myPRES anytime. In addition to Paperless e-Delivery, member also have access to a variety of tools including the member portal, the ability to download their member ID cards, and access to Video Visits which is a great way for members to quickly meet with healthcare providers to treat minor ailments using their myPRES account.
