50 Years of Giving

In this season of giving, we are observing a golden anniversary here at the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation. Incorporated in 1967, our predecessor, the Presbyterian Hospital Center Foundation, was established as one of the first 100 hospital foundations in the country, further cementing our deep tradition of volunteerism and philanthropy started by one of our most beloved founders, Marion K. Van Devanter, or “Mrs. Van.” Her legacy of encouraging everyone to give as they are able—even if it’s only $1 or a little bit of time—is now part of the indelible culture of giving here at Presbyterian.

This coming year, because of you, we will be providing increased healthcare options in Santa Fe with the opening of our medical center, along with advanced lifesaving technology for the Heart and Vascular Care here in Albuquerque. These are just the latest installments in our ongoing commitment to strengthen the community with quality, accessible healthcare.

As you look around Presbyterian, you will see the extraordinary accomplishments that are rooted in simple generosity. Lives saved, and quality of life that continues. We invite you to be a part of that half-century of giving that has made it all possible.
