What to Expect with Your Appointment

We require you to:

  • Wear a face mask. All patients, and any approved family members visiting with you, are required to wear a face mask or covering over their nose and mouth at all times during the appointment or visit. Learn more about our face mask requirements
  • Review our clinic and hospital visitor policies before you visit. These policies have been revised during COVID-19 to protect our patients and employees. Learn more about our visitor policies
  • Be on time for your appointment. We schedule our patient arrivals for in-person appointments to align with social distancing. For those using telehealth phone or video appointments, it is important that you call or logon at the time requested so schedules can be maintained. Specifically, if you have a telehealth video appointment scheduled, you will receive detailed instructions via MyChart or from your clinic on how to prepare for this appointment. If this is your first telehealth video appointment, please review the instructions prior to your appointment time.
  • Your responsibility, if any, for charges related to telehealth services is determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions. Learn more here.
  • Expect to be screened when you arrive. You will be asked a few symptom related questions.
  • Be aware that our facilities may have designated areas to enter and exit. There will be signage to direct you.
