Learn more about our visitor policies Be on time for your appointment. We schedule our patient arrivals for in-person appointments to align with social distancing. For those using telehealth phone or video appointments, it is important that you call or logon at the time requested so schedules can be maintained. Specifically, if you have a telehealth video appointment scheduled, you will receive detailed instructions via MyChart or from your clinic on how to prepare for this appointment. If this is your first telehealth video appointment, please review the instructions prior to your appointment time.
