What to Expect with Your Appointment

We require you to:

Follow signs or staff instructions about wearing a mask. While masking is no longer required for most patients, if you have symptoms of COVID-19, or are visiting an area where patients may be immunocompromised, you will need to wear a mask. Learn more about our face mask requirements

Review our clinic and hospital visitor policies before you visit. Learn more about our visitor policies

Be on time for your appointment. For those using telehealth phone or video appointments, it is important that you call or logon at the time requested so schedules can be maintained. Specifically, if you have a telehealth video appointment scheduled, you will receive detailed instructions via MyChart or from your clinic on how to prepare for this appointment. If this is your first telehealth video appointment, please review the instructions prior to your appointment time.

Your responsibility, if any, for charges related to telehealth services is determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions. Learn more here
