Virtual Dermatology
Virtual Dermatology makes it convenient to get care for new and chronic conditions of the skin, hair, and nails from wherever you are in New Mexico. You can discuss your symptoms with a board certified dermatologist over video and receive a treatment plan. If a biopsy or removal is recommended, you will be scheduled with a Presbyterian Medical Group specialist.

How it Works
Sign In: Log into your MyChart account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one.
Select Your Appointment: Follow the steps to schedule an appointment.
Check Your Email: After scheduling, you will receive an email with confirmation and instructions. You will also receive reminders prior to your appointment.
Complete eCheck-In: Complete this before your appointment to access the video link.
Join the Video Call: A few minutes before your appointment, log into MyChart, find your appointment, and click the Join Video link. You will wait in a virtual waiting room until your provider joins. Note: If you have not completed eCheck-In you will not be able to join the video call.
Virtual Dermatology uses Presbyterian Medical Group care team members.
Accepted Insurances and Cost
*Presbyterian Virtual Dermatology accepts most major insurance. Charges related to telehealth services are determined by your insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer if you have any questions.
